Exchanges and Refunds

Thank you for purchasing products through Midas Merchants. We value you as a customer, and strive to have your full satisfaction.

In the event that you receive a product that is defective or of the wrong specification (size, colour, fragrance, etc), you may be eligible for either an exchange or refund. Please contact our customer support team through our contacts page to verify the validity of your claim.

Exchanges

Products for exchange need to be returned to our Kasuku Centre collection point within 30 calendar days of your purchase, together with its receipt or proof of purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. A replacement item shall be sent to you at no extra cost.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or perishable items.

Refunds

In the event that you prefer a refund to an exchange, you will need to send back the defective product to our Kasuku Centre collection point. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to reflect on your card statement.
